Céline Dion gives away her shoes and re-enacts ‘Titanic’ scene on ‘Carpool Karaoke’

They went to Las Vegas and all they got were... a pair of Céline Dion’s shoes? No one would expect a trip to Sin City to involve such a rare souvenir, but some tourists on the latest episode of Carpool Karaoke were lucky!

In one of the latest segments on James Corden’s hit show, the Canadian chanteuse gave the host a tour of her home base of Las Vegas. The father of three and Céline sang some of her most famous songs, and he made sure to grill the singer on her *slight* shoe obsession.

“Three thousand, five thousand...” Céline answered when asked how many pairs she owns, despite reports putting her collection at around 10,000 pairs! Then, it was time for a giveaway!

With a bit of hesitation, the 51-year-old handed a pair of white booties out the window to an excited trio. “Noooo!” she exclaimed as the window rolled up and she had bid farewell to the footwear.

A pair of red patent leather pumps and some blue suede heels were also handed out the window. One man declined the offer (and quickly realized his mistake as the car drove away!).

After belting out hits like “I Drove All Night,” the real treat came when the Quebec native and James took to a miniature boat in the water surrounding the Bellagio fountains. James was dressed as a young Leonardo DiCaprio, and wrapped his arms around Rose (a.k.a. Céline) to re-enact one of the most romantic scenes in Titanic while singing “My Heart Will Go On.”

In one hilarious scene, the 40-year-old funnyman asked if the fashionista could make any song dramatic. What followed was an incredible dramatization of the popular children’s song “Baby Shark,” proving the French Canadian star can, indeed, make any tune a heartfelt ballad!

This isn’t Céline’s only hilarious late-night show appearance of late. In April, she helped Jimmy Kimmelcrash a Vegas wedding and belted out her 1996 smash, “Because You Loved Me” at the nuptials.

Céline heads back on the road very soon! The mom of three is set to embark on a massive world tour in September in support of her upcoming new album, Courage.
