Zoe Kravitz reveals how 'Big Little Lies' Season 2 was originally supposed to end

Raise your hand if you want a third season of Big Little Lies? It probably isn't happening, but yes, we do, too! And so does Zoe Kravitz!

Those of you who watched the highly addictive second season know about its ending, which we won't describe here for the sake of spoilers. (If you haven't watched the show yet, you really should! The weekend is coming up, too, so it's ideal timing.)

But Zoe says it was originally supposed to end a different way – someone was supposed to die.

"There's a big thing that got changed," she told Vanity Fair's Little Gold Men podcast. "There was someone that was supposed to die, but it wasn't me, but I don't now what I'm allowed to say, so I don't know. But someone did die."

She did say she was really happy with the way it ended overall, though.

"Everyone got to come together, and I think that felt important to everybody because I think that was one of the most powerful things about the end of Season 1 – is that these women and our stories are all quite separate, but kind of finally coming together at the end... I would love to do another season."

Zoe's set to play Catwoman in The Batman next, but unfortunately we won't be able to see it for a while because the coronavirus pandemic forced it to halt production. If you're a big fan, though, you can also check her out in the TV series reboot of High Fidelity, which Canadians can watch on Crave if they've got a Starz subscription.
